The pregnancy lab is a course made specifically for mamas in all phases of pregnancy. We chose the term "lab" to emphasize the importance of research driven wellness. As Doctor's of Physical Therapy, our profession is based on clinical research and guidelines which we seamlessly work into The Mama Lab Co. 

The Pregnancy Lab includes a course for each trimester of pregnancy because each trimester comes with specific hormonal and physical changes. No pregnancy (even if it's your second!) should be treated the same and we strive to teach you how to individualize your own pregnancy wellness and exercise.
